The short version
Nothing is tracked until you agree. When you first visit, a consent banner asks whether you accept analytics. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no behaviour is recorded. If you accept, I use a single analytics tool — PostHog, hosted in the EU — to understand how people use the site so I can improve it. You can change your mind at any time via .
What I collect, and why
Only if you consent to analytics, PostHog collects usage data to help me see which work resonates and where the site is confusing. This includes:
- Pages you view and the order you view them in, and how you arrived (referrer).
- Clicks, scrolling, and interactions with links and buttons (e.g. “Book a call”).
- Approximate device and browser information (type, screen size, language).
- Session recordings and heatmaps — a replay of your interactions with the page (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, navigation) so I can watch how the site is actually used. Text you type into fields is masked and not captured.
I do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it beyond the processors listed below. Because analytics runs in PostHog's EU (Frankfurt) region, your IP address is not stored by default.
Legal basis
Analytics and any related cookies rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy rules). Consent is requested up front and analytics only begins once you accept. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Cookies & consent
A consent management tool (Cookiebot, by Usercentrics) shows the banner, blocks non-essential cookies until you accept, and keeps a record of your choice. The only strictly necessary cookie is the one that remembers your consent decision. PostHog's cookies are set only after you accept analytics. Who processes your data

International transfers
Analytics data is kept in the EU. Where a processor operates outside the EU, it does so under appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long it's kept
Analytics events and session recordings are retained only as long as useful for understanding site usage, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Consent records are kept as evidence of your choice for as long as required. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; object to or restrict its processing; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, emailcristian@predart.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
